Time Charter Assignment. If the Borrower enters into any Charter (subject to (if applicable) obtaining the consent of the Lender in accordance with Clause 13.12(b)), the Borrower shall, at the request of the Lender, execute in favour of the Lender a Charter Assignment in relation to such Charter, and shall deliver to the Lender such other documents equivalent to those referred to at paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of Part A of Schedule 2 as the Lender may require.
Time Charter Assignment. If either Borrower enters into any bareboat charter or any Approved Charter in respect of its Ship, such Borrower shall execute in favour of the Lender a Charterparty Assignment in respect of such bareboat charter or Approved Charter and deliver to the Lender any documents in relation thereto which the Lender may require.
Time Charter Assignment. If a Borrower enters into any Charterparty, that Borrower shall, at the request of the Agent, execute in favour of the Security Trustee a Charterparty Assignment, and shall deliver to the Agent such other documents equivalent to those referred to at paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of Part A and 6 of Part B of Schedule 3 hereof as the Agent may require.
Time Charter Assignment. If any Owner enters into any Charterparty or a bareboat charter in respect of its Ship, the Borrower shall procure that the relevant Owner shall, at the request of the Agent, execute in favour of the Security Trustee a Charterparty Assignment or, in the case of a bareboat charter, a Bareboat Charter Security Agreement, and shall deliver to the Agent such other documents equivalent to those referred to at paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of Part A of Schedule 3 hereof as the Agent may require.
Time Charter Assignment. If any Owner enters into any Charterparty in respect of its Ship, the Borrower shall procure that the relevant Owner shall, at the request of the Facility Agent, execute in favour of the Security Trustee a Charterparty Assignment (other than in the case of an Existing Charter the assignment of which is contemplated pursuant to the Charterparty Assignment relative thereto to be delivered pursuant to paragraph 2 of Part B, Schedule 3) or, in the case of a bareboat charter, a Bareboat Charter Security Agreement, and shall deliver to the Facility Agent such other documents equivalent to those referred to at paragraphs 3, 4, 5 and 7 of Part A of Schedule 3 hereof as the Facility Agent may require.
Time Charter Assignment. If the Owner enters into any Charterparty (subject to obtaining the consent of the Lender in accordance with Clause 13.12(b)), the Borrower shall procure that the Owner shall, at the request of the Lender, execute in favour of the Lender a Charterparty Assignment and shall:
Time Charter Assignment. If any Owner enters into any charter in respect of its Ship which is of 11 months or more in duration, or is capable of exceeding 11 months in duration that Owner shall, at the request of the Agent, execute, or, as the case may be, procure the execution in favour of the Security Trustee a Charterparty Assignment in respect of that charter, and shall deliver to the Agent such other documents equivalent to those referred to at paragraphs 3,4 and 5 of Schedule 5, Part A as the Agent may require.
Time Charter Assignment. If a Borrower enters into any time charter or contract of affreightment in respect of its Ship which is of twelve (12) months or more in duration, or is capable of exceeding twelve (12) months in duration, that Borrower shall execute in favour of the Security Trustee an assignment and notice of assignment (and shall use its best endeavours to obtain an acknowledgement of the same from the relevant charterer or counterparty) of such time charter or contract of affreightment in such form and on such terms as the Agent may reasonably require, and shall deliver to the Agent such other documents equivalent to those referred to at paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of Schedule 3 hereof as the Agent may require.
Time Charter Assignment. If any Borrower enters into any Charterparty in respect of its Ship, the relevant Borrower shall execute a Charterparty Assignment, and shall deliver to the Facility Agent such other documents equivalent to those referred to at paragraphs 3, 4, 5 and 7 of Part A of Schedule 3 hereof as the Facility Agent may require.
Time Charter Assignment. The Buyer shall execute and deliver to the Builder a second priority assignment of its interests in the Time Charter of the Vessel in form and substance satisfactory to the Builder (the “Time Charter Assignment”) as security for (i) the Buyer’s obligations under the Promissory Notes and (ii) the obligations of the Buyer under this Agreement. 4
