Time Benefits. Part-time employees shall be entitled to and shall receive the same proportion of wages. sick leave, vacation privileges and paid statutory and civic holidays as their total time worked bears to full-time employment, using as a basis for calculation the entitlements of full-time employees as herein set forth. Part-time employees, excluding the job categories STUDENT and TRAY CARRIER, shall be entitled to participate in Health Care Benefits by paying a portion of the premiums based on the ratio of hours worked as compared to full-time hours averaged over a month period. Part-time employees are not eligible for Group Life Insurance coverage. For the purpose of the above calculations, the average hours worked for an employee will be calculated for each six month period ending April and September
