Common use of Time-Based RSUs Clause in Contracts

Time-Based RSUs. Subject to the terms of Paragraphs 5(c) and (d), of the Time-Based RSUs (an “RSU Tranche”) shall vest on each of the - anniversaries of the Grant Date (each such anniversary, a “Vesting Date”), provided that the Recipient has remained in continuous employment with the Company or a Subsidiary from the Grant Date through such Vesting Date.
