Common use of Time bar Clause in Contracts

Time bar. The grievant shall, within thirty (30) school days following the violation or the grievant’s knowledge of the violation, whichever is later, present the grievance in writing to the Principal.

Time bar. The grievant shallgrievant, within twenty-one (21) school days (or thirty (30) school calendar days whichever is less) following the violation or the grievant’s knowledge becoming aware of the violation, whichever is later, shall present the grievance in writing to the Building Principal.
