Time and Attention to Duties. The Manager shall devote such time and attention to the performance of its duties hereunder as is reasonably necessary, it being understood that the Manager shall not be required to devote all of its time or attention to the performance of such duties, it being further understood that the Manager manages, and may in the future manage, containers other than the Managed Containers, either for third parties or for its own account, and may, as well, conduct business unrelated to managing containers. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prohibit the Manager from performing its obligations to owners of other containers or from engaging in such (or any other) business activity.

Time and Attention to Duties. The General Partner will devote such time and attention to the performance of its duties under this Agreement as are reasonably necessary. Notwithstanding the existence of this Agreement, the General Partner (and all Affiliates of the General Partner) may engage in such activities as it may choose, whether such activities are competitive with the Partnership or otherwise, without being under any obligations to offer any interest in such activities to the Partnership or the Limited Partners.

Time and Attention to Duties. The Manager will devote such time and attention to the performance of duties under this Agreement as is reasonably necessary for the operation of the Business, provided that it is expressly understood that the Manager will not devote its full time to its duties hereunder, and provided further that the Manager may engage in or possess an interest in other independent business ventures of any nature or description, including business ventures similar to the Company, and neither the Company nor any other Member, as such, shall have any rights by virtue of this Agreement in or to such independent ventures or the income or profits therefrom.
