Tier. 3 16.2 The Town has adopted a Resolution materially the same as that recommended by the California Public Employees’ Retirement System to implement the provisions of 414 (h)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). T.E.A. accepts the terms of this Resolution and acknowledges that this Resolution will apply to all current and future members of T.E.A.
