Tier. The undersigned Participating Member hereby designates the following desired tier under the above-referenced Premier Purchasing Partners, L.P. Group Purchasing Agreement:
Tier. FOUR (4): Employees, regardless of hire date, who retire from the ACFD on or after June 30, 2022, under the CalPERS and PEMHCA Program, will be paid a stipend, in an amount calculated using the applicable Percentage of ACFD’s Maximum Contribution based on the employee’s completed years of service1 with ACFD in accordance with subsection 11.B.2.a.ii. (Years of Service) below, towards the medical plan premium, less the MEC.
Tier. 1 – Annual Lump Sum Payment shall equal 3% of the first $4 Million in Gross Collected Revenues;
Tier. 1 Allowances: When a project is determined by a PQI to qualify as a Tier 1 Allowance, the project is documented to the file using the Streamlined Project Review form (Appendix C).
Tier. 1 Tier 1 covers Regular Full Time and Reduced-Hour (30 hour minimum) active employees hired on or before September 30, 2014. While employed, the City shall pay all premium costs of coverage.
Tier. The Awardee will maintain the TIER required in the Prior RUS Loan Contract and, upon the termination of the obligation to maintain such TIER, will maintain a TIER of 1.0 until the Loan is repaid in full.
Tier. 2 For employees hired on or after September 15, 2012, including employees hired after January 1, 2013 who do not meet the definition of “new member” under Gov’t Code 7522.04(f) the Town will provide Tier 2 retirement benefits to include the 2% at 60 retirement benefit (Gov’t Code 21353). Employees in Tier 2 shall: - Contribute 7% towards the employee share of the PERS retirement benefit. - Use PERS 36-month final average compensation. - Be eligible for PERS Fourth Level of 1959 Survivor benefits.
Tier. The Services are offered on a tiered basis. For Internet Service, each tier has limits on the maximum throughput rate at which Customers should expect to be able to send and receive data at any time. You must report any anomalous traffic to goBEC within 5 days. If such traffic is reported promptly and resulted from circumstances outside your control, such as a computer virus, spam attack, or a denial of service attack, goBEC may, at its discretion, confirm the source of the problem and deduct the bandwidth from your usage statistic. You agree that goBEC may use technical means, including but not limited to suspending or reducing the speed of your Services, to ensure quality of service to other customers or for other good cause, and that goBEC may at its option move you to a higher tier of Services (which may result in higher monthly charges). You agree that goBEC has the right to monitor your usage patterns to facilitate the provision of the Services and to ensure your compliance with this Agreement and any additional terms of use found at xxx.xxXXX.xxx. goBEC may take such steps as it determines appropriate in the event that your usage of the Services does not comply with this Agreement or any additional terms of use found at xxx.xxXXX.xxx
