Tier 1 Services Sample Clauses
Tier 1 Services. Notwithstanding the provisions of this Section 5.1, HESI shall provide each Tier 1 Service, unless such service is sooner terminated by KBR pursuant to Article VI or by mutual agreement of the parties, until December 31, 2006 (the “Tier 1 Deadline”).
Tier 1 Services. Should terms of the previous Duty Chief Agreement and this Agreement conflict, this Agreement shall supersede the prior Agreement. It is recognized by both parties that the following Tier 1 services will require integration into EJFR’s management workflow and will not be instantaneous.
