NO SUPPLIER MAKES ANY WARRANTY, ASSUMES ANY LIABILITY, OR UNDERTAKES TO FURNISH TO LICENSEE ANY SUPPORT OR INFORMATION CONCERNING THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PORTION OF THE SOFTWARE. Licensee hereby releases all Suppliers from any claims, damages or losses arising from the use of the Software, regardless of the form of action.
