Common use of Third Party Liability (TPL) Clause in Contracts

Third Party Liability (TPL). The legal responsibility of another individual or entity to pay for all or part of the services provided to Enrollees under the Contract (see 1 TAC §354.2301 et seq., relating to Third Party Resources).

Third Party Liability (TPL). The Refers to the legal responsibility obligation of another individual third parties, i.e., certain individuals, entities, or entity programs, to pay for all or part of the services provided to Enrollees expenditures for medical assistance furnished under a state plan. Timely – Existing or taking place within the Contract (see 1 TAC §354.2301 et seqdesignated period or within the time required by statue or rules and regulations, contract terms, or policy requirements., relating to Third Party Resources).
