Common use of Third Party Beneficiaries Clause in Contracts

Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns and each of the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee shall be an express third-party beneficiary hereof and may enforce the provisions hereof as if it were a party hereto. Except as otherwise provided in this Section, no other Person will have any right hereunder.

Except as otherwise limited extent provided in Section 8, the Indemnitees, and to the extent provided for in this SectionAgreement, no Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, and is not for the benefit of, nor may any provision hereof be enforced by, any other Person will have any right hereunderperson.

Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties Parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns and each of the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee assigns. Indemnified Parties shall be an express third party beneficiaries of this Agreement and shall be entitled to indemnification, with full rights of enforcement as though each such Person were a signatory to this Agreement. Except as provided in this Section 10.12, there shall be no third-party beneficiary hereof and may enforce the provisions hereof as if it were a party hereto. Except as otherwise provided in beneficiaries of this Section, no other Person will have any right hereunderAgreement.

Third Party Beneficiaries. Third Party Beneficiaries. This Acquiror shall be a third party beneficiary of this Agreement. Except as otherwise provided in this Section, no other Person will have any right hereunderwith respect to Section 9(m).

Except as otherwise provided in this SectionArticle XIII, no other Person will person shall have any right or obligation hereunder.
