Provider understands that BCBSM administers and underwrites business, parts of which may be conducted through third party administration and managed services and may conduct business through representatives and agents, and agrees to the transfer of the rights, obligations and duties of the parties to this Agreement to those representatives and agents for the limited purpose of performing their respective agreements with BCBSM.
