THE TENANT’S RESPONSIBILITIES Clause Samples
The "Tenant’s Responsibilities" clause defines the obligations and duties that the tenant must fulfill during the lease term. Typically, this includes requirements such as paying rent on time, maintaining the property in good condition, complying with building rules, and not engaging in prohibited activities. By clearly outlining these expectations, the clause helps prevent disputes by ensuring both parties understand what is required of the tenant, thereby promoting a smooth landlord-tenant relationship.
