Common use of The Supplier grants to the Purchaser Clause in Contracts

The Supplier grants to the Purchaser. 1) a fully paid-up, non-transferable, non- exclusive and worldwide license to use the Supplier's Background necessary to implement this Contract, including testing of the Supply; and 2) a fully paid-up, non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable license to use the Background necessary to use, manufacture, or have manufactured, commercialize, sell and maintain or have maintained the Supply.

The Supplier grants to the Purchaser. 1) a fully paid-up, non-transferable, non- exclusive and worldwide license to use the Supplier's Background necessary to implement this Contract, including testing of the SupplyGoods and/or Services; and 2) a fully paid-paid up, non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable license to use the Background necessary to use, manufacture, or have manufactured, commercialize, sell and maintain or have maintained the SupplyGoods and/or Services.
