The Participant. 2.1.1 will take part in the Event and shall seek to raise funds from their personal networks in order to support the charitable aims of WTW; 2.1.2 may not raise funds by: 2.1.2.1 organising any fundraising events; or 2.1.2.2 engaging in any activity to raise funds (other than to solicit donations from individuals); or 2.1.2.3 allowing any third party to use WTW Name or WTW Logo; 2.1.3 shall collect the funds which are raised and shall either pay such funds to WTW or arrange for such funds to be paid to WTW by the donor; 2.1.4 all keep a record of all donations and allow WTW access to such records on request.
