Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.
Facilities Keep all properties useful or necessary to Borrower's business in good repair and condition, and from time to time make necessary repairs, renewals and replacements thereto so that such properties shall be fully and efficiently preserved and maintained.
Office Facilities During the Employment Period, the Company will furnish Executive, without charge, suitable office facilities for the purpose of performing his duties hereunder, which facilities shall include secretarial, telephone, clerical and support personnel and services and shall be similar to those furnished to employees of the Company having comparable positions.
Construction of the Project The Corporation hereby represents that it has caused the Project to be completed and acknowledges that it shall not be entitled to any reimbursement for the cost of construction of the Project from the Authority, the Trustee or the Holders of the Bonds, nor shall it be entitled to any diminution or postponement of the payments required to be paid by the Corporation pursuant to this Participation Agreement or the Corporation Obligations.
