The Company Progress Reports. (a) Beginning with the date of the execution of this Agreement and continuing up to the Commercial Operations Date, the Company shall submit progress reports to BPDB prior to the fifteenth (15th) Day of each Month. Such reports shall cover progress in items described in Programme of Works (Schedule 7).
