Common use of The Authority’s obligations Clause in Contracts

The Authority’s obligations. Subject to the Supplier supplying the Goods and providing the Services in accordance with this Contract, the Authority will pay the Supplier for the Goods and/or Services in accordance with Clause 9 of this Schedule 2. The Authority shall, as appropriate, provide copies of or give the Supplier access to such of the Policies that are relevant to the supply of the Goods and the provision of the Services. The Authority shall comply with the Authority’s Obligations, as may be referred to in the Key Provisions. The Authority shall provide the Supplier with any reasonable and proportionate cooperation necessary to enable the Supplier to comply with its obligations under this Contract. The Supplier shall at all times provide reasonable advance written notification to the Authority of any such cooperation necessary in circumstances where such cooperation will require the Authority to plan for and/or allocate specific resources in order to provide such cooperation.
