The Applicable Representative Clause Samples

The "Applicable Representative" clause defines which individual or entity is authorized to act on behalf of a party in matters related to the agreement. This clause typically specifies the name, title, or position of the representative and may outline the scope of their authority, such as signing documents, making decisions, or receiving notices. By clearly designating an official point of contact, the clause ensures that communications and actions taken under the contract are valid and binding, thereby reducing confusion and preventing disputes over who is empowered to represent each party.
