The agreement to indemnify under s. 19.4 prevails notwithstanding that the form of the proceeding may take the form of a prosecution that would otherwise be excluded from indemnification under s. 19.2 and that portion of s. 19.6 that refers to conduct by the Member that constitutes an offence under the laws of Canada or British Columbia.
