An Associate Teaching. Professor who is being considered for a Continuing Appointment may also apply for Promotion to Teaching Professor with Tenure under Article 29 Promotion: Faculty Members but the Faculty Member will only be considered for Promotion if the Faculty Member requests it. An Associate Teaching Professor may be awarded a Continuing Appointment even if their application for Teaching Professor with ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is unsuccessful and may apply again for Promotion in a later year.
