Testing, Records and Operating Procedures. The Seller agrees to test the Facility, to maintain operating records, and to follow such operating procedures, as may be specified by the Company to protect the Company System from damages resulting from the parallel operation of the Facility, including such testing, records and operating procedures as more fully described in below:
