Lucid will maintain at its sole cost and expense, complete and accurate copies of all testing, data, and related certification documentation required by Governmental Authorities in the Authorized Territories for the Integrated Vehicles and Midsize Plus. Lucid will provide such documents to Uber or any Uber Designated Fleet Operator for forwarding to NHTSA or other Governmental Authorities upon request.
