Terms of Inclusion. Whenever the words “include,” “includes,” or “including” are used in this Settlement Agreement, they shall not be limiting but rather be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation.” The connectives “and,” “or,” and “and/or” shall be construed either disjunctively or conjunctively as necessary to bring within the scope of a sentence or clause all subject matter that might otherwise be construed to be outside of its scope.
