Contra Proferentem. Each and every provision of this Agreement shall be construed as though both parties participated equally in the drafting of same, and any rule of construction that a document shall be construed against the drafting party, including without limitation, the doctrine commonly known as contra proferentem, shall not be applicable to this Agreement.
Contra Proferentem. Each provision of this Agreement will be interpreted without disadvantage to the party who (or whose representative) drafted that provision.
Contra Proferentem. The doctrine of contra proferentem shall not apply to this Agreement. If an ambiguity exists in this Agreement, or in a specific provision, neither the Agreement nor the provision shall be construed against the Party who drafted the Agreement or provision.
Contra Proferentem. The legal doctrine of contra proferentem will not apply to this Election Services Contract. Consequently, any ambiguity that may exist in this Election Services Contract will not be construed against the Party who drafted this Election Services Contract.
Contra Proferentem. The rule of construction that in the event of any uncertainty in any provision in any agreement, such agreement shall, in construing/interpreting the uncertainty, be construed or interpreted against the drafter of such agreement, shall not be applicable to this Agreement.

In the event any claim is made by any party hereto relating to any conflict, omission or ambiguity in this Agreement, no presumption or burden of proof or persuasion shall be implied by virtue of the fact that this Agreement was prepared by or at the request of a particular party or its, his or her counsel.
