Terms of Delivery and Delivery Time of the Goods. 9.1 Delivery of the Goods shall be DAP at Site. The time of delivery for the supply of the Goods shall not exceed one hundred and twenty (120) days DAP at the Site from the issuance of the Purchase Order issued under this Agreement.
