Common use of Terms and Conditions of Employment Clause in Contracts

Terms and Conditions of Employment. The terms and conditions of employment for Operators shall be governed by the terms and conditions established by Charter provisions, ordinances of the Board of Supervisors, SFMTA Board of Directors, relevant rules of the Civil Service Commission and SFMTA, and by the terms and conditions of employment set forth in this agreement. To the fullest extent legally possible, the terms of this MOU shall control over those set forth in the foregoing authorities.
