Common use of Termination Upon the Disability of the Employee Clause in Contracts

Termination Upon the Disability of the Employee. This Agreement will terminate upon the disability of the Employee. As used in the previous sentence, the term “disability” means the complete physical and/or mental disability to discharge Employee’s duties and responsibilities for a continuous period of not less than six months during any consecutive twelve (12) month period. Any physical or mental disability which does not prevent Employee from discharging his duties and responsibilities in accordance with usual standards of conduct as determined by the Company in its reasonable opinion will not constitute a disability under this Agreement.
