TERMINATION UPON SIXTY DAYS NOTICE. The following conduct violates the terms and conditions of this Agreement and if Retailer engages in such conduct, MBUSA shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon sixty (60) days notice if Retailer fails to cure such conduct within the sixty-day period provided in such notice:
