Common use of Termination Prior to Expiration of Term Clause in Contracts

Termination Prior to Expiration of Term. (a) Executive’s employment hereunder may be terminated by the Company for Cause as set forth below, upon 30 days’ written notice to Executive which describes such cause in detail. Executive shall have no right to receive the compensation and other benefits set forth in this Section 4 for any period commencing after the date of termination for cause. For these purposes, subject to Section 8(b), the term “Cause” as used in this Agreement shall mean any one or more of the following:
