TERMINATION OR REORGANIZATION OF THE TRUST. (a) This Trust and each Series or Class designated and established hereunder shall have perpetual existence. Notwithstanding anything else contained herein but subject to applicable federal and state law, the Trustees may, without any Shareholder vote or approval:
