TERMINATION OR MODIFICATIONS. 45.01 This Agreement shall be in effect February 1, 2010 and continue in effect until January 31, 2014 unless either party gives notice in writing to the other party that amendments are required, or that the party intends to terminate the Agreement, it shall continue in effect until January 31, 2014 and so on from year to year thereafter. 45.02 Notice that amendments are required, or that either party intends to terminate the Agreement, may only be given during the month of November 2013 and in subsequent years in the said month of November. 45.03 The parties hereto agree to meet for the purpose of negotiations within ten (10) days after the giving of such notice. The Collective Agreement shall remain in effect until a new agreement is negotiated or until either party is in a legal strike/lockout position in accordance with the OLRA.” 45.04 On completion of negotiations for a new contract, if an agreement is reached between the Hotel and the Union Negotiating Committee, a Memorandum of Full Settlement shall be drawn up and signed by the parties covering all and every amendment to the contract before the Agreement is presented by the Union to the membership for ratification. The Executive Floor Attendant will take care of the Executive Floor amenities in the bedrooms as determined in the Executive Floor Policy and/or requested by management without any premium payment for delivery. 4.
