Termination of Use of the San Francisco Embarkation Site. The Director and the Concessioner acknowledge that the Contract and the Lease address rights and obligations that, while separate and independent, nevertheless require performance in part at the same location. Accordingly, they agree that any material breach by the Concessioner of the Lease may, and any termination of the Lease will, affect the beginning and end point of the required visitor services to be provided by the Concessioner under the Contract. The Director and Concessioner further agree that any expiration or termination of the General Agreement also will have an effect on the beginning and end point of the required visitor services. Notwithstanding anything in Section 3(b) of this Contract to the contrary, the Director may terminate this Contract as follows:
