Common use of Termination of Status as an Employee Clause in Contracts

Termination of Status as an Employee. If the Optionee is an Employee and ceases to serve as an Employee, then the Optionee may, but only within 3 months after the date the Employee ceases to be an Employee, exercise this Option to the extent that the Employee was entitled to exercise it at the date of such termination pursuant to the Exercise Schedule. To the extent that the Optionee was not entitled to exercise this Option at the date of such termination, or if the Employee does not exercise this Option within the time specified herein, this Option shall terminate.

Termination of Status as an Employee. If In the Optionee is an Employee and ceases to serve event of termination of Optionee's Continuous Status as an Employee, then the Optionee may, but only within 3 months thirty (30) days after the date of such termination (but in no event later than the Employee ceases to be an Employeedate of expiration of the term of this Option as set forth in Section 9 below), exercise this Option to the extent that the Employee was entitled to exercise it Option is vested at the date of such termination pursuant to the Exercise Scheduletermination. To the extent that the Optionee this Option was not entitled to exercise this Option vested at the date of such termination, or if the Employee Optionee does not exercise this Option to the extent vested within the time specified herein, this the Option shall terminate.

To the extent that the Optionee he or she was not entitled to exercise this Option at the date of such termination, or if the Employee he or she does not exercise this Option within the time specified herein, this the Option shall terminate.

To the extent that the Optionee he was not entitled to exercise this Option at the date of such termination, or if the Employee he does not exercise this Option within the time specified herein, this Option shall terminateterminate with respect to all Shares whether vested or unvested.
