Common use of Termination of Relationship with the Company Clause in Contracts

Termination of Relationship with the Company. If the Optionee ceases to be an Eligible Optionholder for any reason, then, except as provided in paragraph (d) below, the right to exercise this option shall terminate 3 months after such cessation, except that this option shall be exercisable to the extent that the Optionee was entitled to exercise this Option on the date of such cessation.

Termination of Relationship with the Company. If the Optionee ceases to be an Eligible Optionholder eligible under the provisions of paragraph 3(c) for any reason, then, except as provided in paragraph (de) below, the right to exercise this option the Option shall terminate 3 three (3) months after such cessationcessation (but in no event after the Expiration Date), except provided that this option the Option shall be exercisable only to the extent that the Optionee was entitled to exercise this the Option on the date of such cessation.

If the Optionee ceases to be an Eligible Optionholder a Service Provider for any reasonreason while the Option is outstanding, then, except as provided in paragraph Sections 3(d) and (d) belowe), the right to exercise this option the Option shall terminate 3 three months after such cessationcessation (but in no event after the Termination Date), except provided that this option the Option shall be exercisable only to the extent and with respect to the number of Option Shares that the Optionee was entitled to exercise this Option on the date of such cessation.

Termination of Relationship with the Company. If the Optionee ceases to be an Eligible Optionholder Optionee for any reason, thenwhether by death, except as provided in paragraph (d) belowresignation, removal or otherwise, then the right to exercise this option shall terminate 3 months 60 days after such cessationcessation (but in no event after the Expiration Date), except provided that this option shall be exercisable only to the extent that the Optionee was entitled to exercise this Option option on the date of such cessation.
