Termination of Relationship with the Company. In the event that the Participant ceases to be an Eligible Participant for any reason other than those set forth in paragraphs (b) through (f) below before the Final Vesting Date (as defined in Schedule A), the RSUs that have not previously vested shall be immediately forfeited to the Company.
