Termination of Occupancy. Upon termination of occupancy of a HOME/CDBG-Assisted Unit by a Tenant, such Unit will be deemed to be continuously occupied by a household of the same income level as the initial income level of the vacating Tenant, until such unit is reoccupied, at which time categorization of the Unit will be established based on the occupancy requirements of Section 2.1.
