Termination of Obligation to Provide Letters of Credit. The obligation of LC Party to cause the issuance of any Letters of Credit shall terminate on the date which is thirty (30) days after the date upon which the Lease Term expires, other than an expiration or termination of the Lease Term pursuant to an Event of Default.
