Common use of Termination of Contract Employment Clause in Contracts

Termination of Contract Employment. The Contract Employee may terminate this contract and employment by giving not less than [30-days] written notice to the Employer to allow the employer time to find a replacement worker. Failure to provide 30-days notice will result in the contractor forfeiting any earned bonus. In turn, the employer agrees to provide a [30-day] notice or payment of no more than 30 days earnings in lieu of such notice. The Contractor agrees to return any and all property of the Employer at the time of termination.
