  • Termination of Benefits Except as provided in Section 2 above or as may be required by law, Executive’s participation in all employee benefit (pension and welfare) and compensation plans of the Company shall cease as of the Termination Date. Nothing contained herein shall limit or otherwise impair Executive’s right to receive pension or similar benefit payments that are vested as of the Termination Date under any applicable tax-qualified pension or other plans, pursuant to the terms of the applicable plan.

  • Reduction of Compensation If the Firm fails to meet the submission date by less than thirty days for the draft report and/or working papers submitted to the Office of the State Auditor for review and approval or by less than thirty days from the completion date for the final reports and/or corrections to the working papers prescribed herein, the District may, with the consent of the Office of the State Auditor, reduce the agreed compensation by an amount not to exceed ten percent of the total contract price for the applicable fiscal year. If reports and/or corrections to the working papers are overdue by 30 days or more, the District may reduce, with the consent of the Office of the State Auditor, the agreed compensation by an amount not to exceed twenty percent of the total contract price for the Rev. 10/20 applicable fiscal year.

  • REFUND OF UNEARNED COMPENSATION The Party of the Second Part agrees to refund the Party of the First Part any compensation received for which no services were rendered. TERMINATION: This contract may be terminated by either party pursuant to law. OTHER CONDITIONS: Any subsequent contracts shall supersede the provisions of this contract. Student Achievement and Accountability instructional staff may be required to serve students in more than one location. Given this, the 15TH OF SEPTEMBER, 2016.   • Retention of Benefits Union leave under the following four (4) sections will be unpaid. The Employer will maintain regular pay and xxxx the Union for the costs of the employee’s salary and benefits. If the Union member is part-time or casual, and the leave is greater than their normal work hours, the Employer will pay the employee for the full length of the leave requested by the Union. The Employer will xxxx the Union for these days as noted above. The Union will pay these invoices within twenty-eight (28) days.   • Predetermination of Benefits If charges for a planned course of treatment by a licensed dentist would exceed $300.00, proposed details and x-rays should be submitted to the Plan Administrator for approval. Failure to do so may result in a payment of a lesser benefit amount because of the difficulty in determining the need for such treatment after it has been provided. Dental x-rays will be promptly returned to the dentist.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.
