Termination by MSV for Convenience MSV Sample Clauses

Termination by MSV for Convenience MSV may terminate any Launch Service under this Contract for any reason at its convenience following written notice to Contractor given at least thirty (30) days prior to the Launch Date. If MSV terminates a Launch Service under this Paragraph 21.1, Contractor shall be entitled to a Termination Charge set forth in Paragraph 21.6. Within thirty (30) days of the date of the termination, Contractor will refund to MSV the balance of all payments made for the Launch Service terminated, that have been paid in excess of the Termination Charge.

In the event of such termination under this Section 16.5, Contractor shall have the rights (and Owner shall make the payments) provided for in Section 16.2 in the event of an Owner termination for convenience.
