Termination by Executive Without Good Reason. Executive shall have the right to terminate this Agreement and his employment hereunder by giving the Company not less than ninety (90) days prior written notice to that effect. The termination of employment shall be effective on the date specified in such notice. In the event that such notice is given, the Company may require Executive to leave immediately, in which event, Executive must be compensated under this Agreement for the notice period in a manner commensurate to the compensation Executive would have received during the notice period had his employment not been terminated by him.
