Common use of Termination by Customer Clause in Contracts

Termination by Customer. Subject to your payment of the Termination Fee, if applicable, and/or any other applicable termination fee and the monthly fees for the full billing cycle in which termination occurred, you may immediately terminate this Agreement at any time by giving us written or telephone notice. You are responsible for the full monthly Service fee for any month (or portion of a month) in which you receive Service and Viasat will not provide a pro-rata refund for any pre-paid fees regardless of when your Service is terminated. In limited circumstances, Viasat may permit you to temporarily suspend service. Once your account is terminated, you will no longer have access to any of the web or email services provided to you as part of the Service. In addition, if you leased your Equipment, upon termination you will be responsible for the return of the Equipment to Viasat in accordance with your obligations under the Lease Addendum.
