Termination by Customer for Convenience Customer. may terminate any Launch Service under this Contract for any reason at its convenience following written notice to Contractor at any time prior to Launch. If Customer terminates a Launch Service under this Paragraph 21.1, Contractor shall be entitled to the Termination Charge set forth in Paragraph 21.6.
