Common use of Termination by Apple Clause in Contracts

Termination by Apple. Apple may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason or no reason, provided Apple gives You thirty (30) days written notice. Further, Apple may at any time and without prior notice, immediately terminate or suspend all or a portion of Managed Apple IDs and/or access to the Service upon the occurrence of any of the following: (a) violations of this Agreement, including but not limited to, Section 4A. (“Use Restrictions”), or any other policies or guidelines that are referenced herein and/or posted on the Service;; (b) a request and/or order from law enforcement, a judicial body, or other government agency; (c) where provision of the Service to You is or may become unlawful; (d) unexpected technical or security issues or problems; (e) Your participation in fraudulent or illegal activities; or (f) failure to pay fees, if any, owed by You in relation to the Service if you fail to cure such failure within thirty (30) days of being notified in writing of the requirement to do so. Apple may terminate or suspend the Service in its sole discretion, and Apple will not be responsible to You or any third party for any damages that may result or arise out of such termination or suspension.
