Changes, Corrections. Submittals of Construction Documents shall either incorporate any changes or corrections required by the City or Review Agencies, or be accompanied by a written statement as to why such changes were not incorporated. The City may, in its sole discretion, reject the Design Consultant’s explanation and require the Design Consultant to make the changes or corrections to the Construction Documents as previously requested by the City. Such changes shall not constitute grounds for adjustment of the Construction Budget or Project Schedule.
