Terminals. Although Terminals should be generally reliable, they may not always be operating properly and available for use at all times. You agree not to attempt a transaction when the circumstances indicate that the Terminal is closed, is not operating properly or is otherwise unable to effect the transaction you desire. Terminals may be closed from time to time. You agree that we will not be liable to you for any damages resulting from the unavailability or failure of Terminals to operate, except as required by applicable law.
