Common use of TERMINAL FACILITIES Clause in Contracts

TERMINAL FACILITIES. During the term hereof, Calnev shall provide and maintain at its Las Vegas Terminal, storage for Customer's Product. Such storage shall be provided in tanks designated by Calnev, at ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s sole discretion. Calnev shall also provide and maintain a truck loading rack facility. At all times during the term of this Agreement and any extensions thereof, Calnev shall, at its expense, keep and maintain said storage facilities in usable condition, allowing for normal repair and maintenance activities.
