Term of Subscriptions. The term of Customer’s subscription for the Services will be set forth in Customer’s Order Form (the “Initial Term”). After any Initial Term, Customer’s subscription for the Services shall renew automatically on a annual basis in all cases, unless otherwise renewed for a different term or terminated in accordance with this section.
