Common use of Term of Option; Continuation of Service Clause in Contracts

Term of Option; Continuation of Service. This Option shall expire, and all rights hereunder to purchase the Shares shall terminate 10 years from the date hereof. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to interfere in any way with the right of the Company or its shareholders to remove or not elect Optionee as a Director of the Company, or to increase or decrease the compensation of Directors from the rate in effect at the date hereof.

Term of Option; Continuation of Service. This Subject to the early termination provisions set forth in Sections 7 and 8 hereof, this Option shall expire, and all rights hereunder to purchase the Shares shall terminate 10 years from the date hereof. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to interfere in any way with the right of the Company or its shareholders to remove or not elect Optionee as a Director an officer of the Company, or to increase or decrease the compensation of Directors from the rate in effect at the date hereof.

Nothing contained herein shall be construed to interfere in any way with the right of the Company or its shareholders to remove or not elect Optionee as a Director of the Company, or to increase or decrease the compensation of Directors from the rate in effect at the date hereof.

Nothing contained herein shall be construed to interfere in any way with the right of the Company or its shareholders to remove or not elect Optionee as a Director an officer of the Company, or to increase or decrease the compensation of Directors from the rate in effect at the date hereof.

Nothing contained herein shall be construed hereof unless the Optionee is terminated for Cause pursuant to interfere in any way with the right Section 4 of the Employment Agreement entered by and between the Company or its shareholders to remove or not elect and Optionee as a Director of the Companydated September 15, or to increase or decrease the compensation of Directors from the rate in effect at the date hereof2006.
